Can I allow employees to edit their schedules?

Optional Permissions Required: None
System Settings Required: None

If you will allow users with Staff permissions to change their own schedules in the Schedules tab, you can add this permission to their GolfNow One account in System Settings > Logins.

  1. Go to System Settings then Logins.
  2. Find a user with the Staff role in the list.
  3. Click Edit in the Actions column.

  4. In the Staff Optional Permissions section, set Modify schedule to Yes.

  5. Click Submit.
  6. The user will be able to edit their own schedule in the Schedules tab of their account.
