Counting and Reconciling the Cash Drawer

The availability of certain counting columns and payment type options on the Count Drawer page will be subject to your system setup.

For accuracy purposes, you may want to perform cash and/or check specific counts first. Please consult your system administrator if you have additional questions regarding the setup of drawer instances.

NOTE: If you do not currently have any open drawers, and you do not have the “Close other user’s drawer” privilege, you will be prompted with a Secured Process dialog box when you click Count Drawer. Enter your Username and Password to continue.
