Creating a GolfNow One login

Add secure GolfNow One logins with different user roles and optional permissions to direct all employees or contractors to the areas they need and restrict them from information they shouldn’t see. Logins should be linked to employee profiles for accurate reporting and scheduling.

You can create a login from System Settings > Logins or when entering a new employee profile in System Settings > Employees.

  1. Go to System Settings then Logins.
  2. Click New User.
  3. First Name – Enter the user’s first name.
  4. Last Name – Enter the user’s last name.
  5. Email – Enter the user’s email address.
  6. Roles – Select user role(s) that best fit the employee’s responsibilities and how he/she will use GolfNow One.
  7. Optional Permissions – After selecting user role(s), set optional permissions that appear below.
  8. Employee – Select an employee to link to this user account for reporting and scheduling. Only employees that do not have linked user accounts will appear in the drop-down menu.
  9. Username – Create a username.
  10. Password – Create a password.
  11. Retype Password – Retype the password for security.
  12. Allow Universal Login – Select Yes to allow the user to log in from any location. Select No to restrict access the user can only log in from the IP address(es) specified in System Settings > Security.
  13. Allow IP Addresses – If No is selected for Allow Universal Login, enter additional IP address(es) where the user can log in.
  14. Click Submit.
