Customer Pictures

Loading a Customer’s ID Card or Photo

1. Find the customer record. See searching customer records using Customer Management.
2. In the Profile tab at right, next to the picture frame, complete the following:

To Scan an ID Card 

  • Click Scan License.

To Import a Digital Photo

  • Click Get Picture.
  • The Get a Customer’s Picture pop-up window appears.
  • Click Import Picture and Browse to the location where the file is stored.
  • Once imported, the following message appears: “Imported Picture Successfully”

To Take a Photo

  • Click Get Picture.
  • The Get a Customer’s Picture pop-up window appears.
  • Click Take Picture.

3. Once you have the desired picture displayed in the frame, click Confirm.
4. To remove a selected picture and select a new one, click Clear.

NOTE: To use this feature, you must have a scanner installed.

TIP: You can easily print customer details. To print a membership card, click Print Card. To print a label (for mailing), click Print Label.

Viewing a Customer’s Photo

  1. Find the customer record. See searching customer records using Customer Management.
  2. In frame at right, click the Profile tab. The customer’s picture is displayed in the picture frame.
