Reservations support

Exporting a customer database

The following documentation shows how to export the customer database from Reservations.

  1. Once you are logged in to GolfNow Reservations, click the Reports Tab. Next, click “Browse” on the far right.
  2. Scroll to the report with file name “CustImpPo.xls” and title “CSV Export – POS and Reservations.”
  3. Click on the report, and click “Open.”
  4. A new Excel document will open, which will appear blank. In order to populate the document with your database, click on the Data Tab and then “Refresh All.”
  5. Your database will now be listed in the document.
  6. Save your document by selecting “Save As.”
  7. Once saved, your document is now ready to format and upload into your Marketing Tool.

NOTE: In order to complete these steps (above), you will need Microsoft Excel installed on your computer.
