Freezing a membership

Available to:  Admins
Optional Permissions Required:  None
System Settings Required:  None

You can freeze a customer’s membership from the membership tab of their customer profile.

  1. Select the Customers tab
  2. Either search for the golfer whose membership you’d like to freeze or select View All Customers
  3. Once you’ve selected the golfer whose membership you’d like to freeze choose the Membership Plans tabmemfreeze1
  4. Once you are in the Membership Plans tab, find the plan you would like to freeze and click the Freeze button.memfreeze2
  5. Once you’ve clicked Freeze buttonyou will then choose how many billing periods you would like this freeze to take effect after, as well as add notes to the freeze.
  1. Once this is complete, if you charge a membership freeze fee you will then ring the customer out as though they were purchasing an item or membership.
