Where can I find specials in GolfNow One?

Specials are managed in the Marketing tab, under Specials.

Specials are redeemed on the order page by clicking Apply Special and selecting a special from the drop-down menu.

What can I offer in a special?

You can set up discount specials so they can be redeemed for any combination of one, some, or all services, packages, series, classes, membership plans, and/or gift certificates.

Can I restrict when and how specials are redeemed?

Specials can be configured to limit availability, including specials that are:

  • Available to all customers
  • Redeemable with only with code
  • Available to members only
  • For internal use only (excluded from online booking)
  • Only available in specified date range, time of day, or day of the week
  • On or near a customer’s birthday or anniversary
  • Unlimited or limited redemptions
  • Based on item price or order total

How do I track when specials are redeemed?

Specials, like other price adjustments, are automatically reflected in all sales reporting. You can track how many times a special is used by running the Special Code Usage Report.
