How do I add a new customer?

Golfnow One automatically creates a customer profile for every new customer who books an appointment or purchases an item. To add a new customer without booking a new appointment or taking payment, enter his/her information manually in the Customer tab. This is a good idea if you leave an email signup or contact information form at your front desk.

Capture detailed information

Adding detailed information to a customer profile helps you get to know your customer base and target your services and marketing efforts to their needs. Adding contact information such as phone number, mobile carrier, and email address ensures that Customer receive SMS notifications and Customer Emails.

Add a new customer

  1. Go to the Customer tab.
  2. Click New Customer.
  3. Complete as many fields as possible.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
  5. You will be directed to their new customer profile. The customer’s profile will grow as he/she frequents your business.
