How do I schedule regular lunch hours?

Available to: Admins, User Managers
Optional Permissions Required: None
System Settings Required: None

To schedule regular staff lunch hours:

  1. Go to the Schedules tab.
  2. Click on an employee’s name.

  3. Select Regular Schedule or specific week(s) from the drop-down menu.
  4. Find the Lunch Start Time and End Time drop-down menus.
  5. Select the employee’s lunch hour(s).

  6. Click Save and Back to Schedules or Save.

The employee’s schedule on the calendar will be blocked out for lunch:
