How to Manage No-Show Customers

In this tutorial, you will learn how to manage no-show customers.

No-Show

  1. Right-click Reservation
  2. Select Details
  3. Mark No-Show
  4. Click OK

  5. Changes Customer’s Name on Tee Sheet and Customer List to Red:

View No-Show History

  1. Double-click Customer
  2. Click No-Shows on left hand panel
  3. View History of No-Shows

Weather No-Show

  • When customers No-Show due to weather. Follow the same procedure above, but instead of toggling “No-Show”, toggle the Rain Cloud Icon.

  • Click OK

  • This turns the customer’s name blue on the tee sheet. The Weather Related No-Show is NOT tracked in a customer’s profile. Use the Weather No-Show feature and the Weather Rating Feature to get an accurate depiction of how weather effected play at the golf course.
