Reprinting a receipt

Available to: Admins, Reservationists
Optional Permissions Required: None
System Settings Required: None

You can reprint a customer’s receipt for an order at any time.

  1. Go to the Orders tab then Manage Orders.
  2. Use the Find an Order box or Viewing drop-down menus to find the order.
  3. Click the view icon Reprinting a receipt-1 to open the order.
  4. Click Print Receipt. A preview of the receipt and Print dialog window will open.
