Reservations II support

Using Additional Reports

  1. From the Tee Sheet, in the View tab at the right-hand side of the page, click Reports. The Tee Sheet Reports page appears in a new window.
  2. In the Additional Reports section in the lower-left corner of the window, select a report type:
    • For Point of Sale reports, click Point of Sale, Or
    • For Advanced reports, click Advanced.

Point of Sale Reports

  1. Select a Report from the dropdown list, (In the upper right-hand corner, you can also select one of the Additional Reports categories (Limited, Advanced, Filtered, Credit Card, Customer). These open in a new window).
  2. Using the dropdown lists, select a Station and Store (where applicable).
  3. Use the pop-up calendars and dropdown lists to select a From and To date and time range, or select All Dates.
  4. Where applicable, select a (cash) Drawer from the dropdown list and enter a Drawer #, or select All Drawers.
  5. Do one of the following:
    1. To view the report, click View.
    2. To print a copy of the report, click Print.
  6. Click Exit to return to the Tee Sheet Reports page.

Advanced Reports

  1. The report categories are described below:
    1. Revenue by Customer: Returns a list of golfers and their associated revenue amounts, sorted by revenue amount from highest to lowest. The report can be filtered by Store, Department, Sub-Department, SKU, Age Type, Customer Type, and Date Range. The number of golfers to include and the number of records to display per page can also be specified.
    2. Statistics by Customer: Returns either a list of golfers who have cancelled previous bookings or were no shows, depending on the report selected. The report displays golfer name, number of rounds booked, number of rounds cancelled or no shows, cancellation or no show percentage rates, and staff notes. It is sorted by number of rounds booked, from highest to lowest. The report can be filtered by Age Type, Customer Type, and Date Range. The number of golfers to include and the number of records to display per page can also be specified.
    3. Cancellation/No Show Letters: Returns a list of golfers who did not show up for their booking, and the letters that will be sent to them informing them of the agency’s No Show policy. The report can be filtered by Age Type, Customer Type, Date Range, Facility, and Letter Type. The letters can be printed after running the report.
    4. Booking Analysis: Consists of 5 reports that compare booking data between 2 date ranges. The date ranges can be selected from the date and time dropdown lists, and the weekday selection boxes, and can be by Play Time or Reservation Time. The following reports are available in this category:
      1. Rounds by Source: Returns a comparison of number of rounds booked, cancelled, no shows, and played between 2 date ranges, grouped by terminals where they were booked (booking source).
      2. Cancellation by Source: Returns a comparison of number of rounds cancelled between 2 date ranges and the terminals where they were cancelled (cancellation source).
      3. No Shows by Source: Returns a comparison of number of no show rounds between 2 date ranges and the terminals where they were booked (booking source).
      4. Bookings by Age Type: Returns a comparison of number of rounds booked, cancelled, no shows, and played between 2 date ranges, grouped by age type.
      5. Rounds by Age and Customer Type: Returns a comparison of number of rounds played between 2 date ranges, grouped by age and customer type.
    5. Revenue Analysis: Returns a comparison of revenue amounts between 2 date ranges and terminals. The date ranges can be selected from the date and time dropdown lists, and the weekday selection boxes, and can be filtered by Store, Department, Sub-Department, and SKU.
  2. Select the report criteria within a category, and then click the Submit button in that category to run the report.
  3. (Optional) You can do any of the following:
    1. To download an electronic copy of the report, click Download File.
    2. To print a copy of the report, click Print.
  4. After viewing the report, click the Exit button to return to the Advanced Reports page.
