Notes tab (adding customer notes)

The Notes tab contains private internal notes every user at your location recorded about the customer.

Available notes fields

There are four fields for notes bases on how most businesses use Golfnow One to manage Customers:

  • Progress Notes
  • Customer Notes
  • Allergies
  • Medications

Add a note

  1. Click anywhere in a notes field.
  2. Enter a note.
  3. Click Add [Type] Note.
  4. The note will appear beneath the Add [Type] Note button with a date/time and login stamp so you can easily see who wrote the note and when it was submitted.
