Deposits are not automatically refunded when an appointment is cancelled. If an appointment with a deposit is cancelled, refund the deposit manually. To refund a deposit:
- Go to the customer’s profile.
- Click on the Orders tab of the profile.
- Find the order for the deposit in the orders list.
- Click the refund icon in the Actions column.
- Review the View Order page. Make sure the refund item and refund methods are correct.
- Click Submit Refund.
