Summary tab

The Summary tab of a customer profile contains basic information about the customer, including contact information, membership status, loyalty points, recent appointments, and orders.

Name, status, and customer details

Name and status

  • The customer’s name
  • “New” label, if the customer has not booked and completed an appointment
  • The customer’s membership program beneath the name if the customer has an active membership

Customer details

  • The customer’s phone number
  • The customer’s email address. Click on the email address to send an email directly to the customer.
  • Edit icon that moves you to the Details tab
  • Loyalty rewards points balance and history

Recent progress notes

  • Add quick notes about the customer, or click View All to move to the Notes tab.

Recent Rounds

A history of recent tee times. Perform the following tasks from the Actions column:

  • Cancel: Cancel the appointment if the appointment has not occurred.
  • View: Go to the View Appointment page.

Recent orders

This section will show a history of recent orders.
